DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

The Director of Strategic Initiatives role will help contribute and create to help cross-functional projects and initiatives that increase organizational capabilities, store operations, sales, product development, supply chain and distribution productivity strategy solutions that meet the unique market and organizational needs of the operations and development departments.  This position reports to the Executive Vice President.  This is a fully remote position with the expectation of traveling to our corporate office in Birmingham, AL monthly to work with the team.

LOGISTICS MANAGER

This position reports to the Supply Chain Director and is responsible for all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, transportation, and inventory management for the Company.  This person will be expected to improve warehouse operations using lean enterprise practices and share warehouse data to improve productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

TERRITORY PERFORMANCE MANAGER, US REMOTE

This position reports to the Regional Director and will be responsible for managing all financial, business development and brand standard aspects of the specified territory, supporting existing franchise/license performance as well as generating new business. Responsible for the advancement of the Chester’s Brand and image within the QSR marketplace. The activity of the (TPM) is to protect and develop the integrity of the brand by teaching and measuring performance in areas of product quality, customer service, cleanliness and profitability and new business development.

The TPM provides necessary consultation and assistance to franchisees/licensees to develop and improve business plans to include specific goals, objectives and strategies for sales, controls, profits, human resource plans, development, marketing, etc.

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, DALLAS

This position reports to the Director of Business Development and is responsible for providing telemarketing sales, sales administration and assistance for Chester’s prospects, franchisees and strategic partners.

This position is a Remote position where the team member needs to be based on the Houston or Dallas/Ft.Worth, TX vicinity. This role will be a combination of working remotely from home and visiting franchise locations and will require up to 50% travel.
